Mission Statement
The School of Dog Psychology improves communication between dog and human in an effort to improve balance in our communities, homes, and self. In order to have an enriching bond with canines, we must first learn to master our own emotions. Our goal is to recognize the symptoms of imbalance that stem from an unstable structure, improper outlets, and lack of guidance and direct them into more acceptable behaviors – the human must address these in the human in order to affect the canine. The School of Dog Psychology has a unified goal to develop a deep understanding that the behavior we practice is the best indicator of how we will relate to our canines. The root to healing the animal is to heal the human. We can only change behaviors that we recognize; In order to become aware of these behaviors they must be brought to light.
